How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on private computer drives and our company GDrive folders.
We keep Artwork System User details for the time period that the user requires access. We will then dispose of your information by removing your email address and name from the ‘Person’ list of the system.
We keep our contracts indefinitely. These are business details rather than personal contact addresses.
We keep contact details for freelancers as long as they will work with us. Once we end our time working together the information will be deleted from our files.
